Customer Service Clerk: Work with potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information, products, and programs.

Shipping Floater: The shipping floater will perform a wide range of duties to include being a forklift operator, picking and packing orders, order fulfillment, and quality assurance. The shipping floater will fill in for an absent employee or in an area that needs assistance.

Regional Account Manager: The Regional Account Manger will build relationships with customers while managing accounts. They will be tasked with leading customer engagements to developing sales proposals. Regional account manager will contribute to driving profitable sales growth with key customers and working in conjunction with Sales Leader/Manager.

Santior (Seed): Maintain cleanliness of the seed department by cleaning the floors, dust and washing walls, remove trash, etc. Must be able to obtain forklift certification

L1 Maintenance Technician: General repair and maintenance of plant equipment, building, and grounds. Provide labor and assistance to more experienced maintenance and repair technicians

Special Projects Packer: Prepare labels, sorts, counts, and packs product; Assemble various types of boxes; perform other duties as assigned.

Seed Mover / Eagle Stacker: Filling, labeling, and stacking boxes of finished product in a safe and efficient manner

Packaging: Package or count product with specifications from lead, supervisor, or quality manual. Sticker product with specifications from lead, supervisor, or quality manual; Maintain packaging quality by comparing product and package to specifications; Make boxes by folding and taping according to specifications; Label boxes per specifications from lead, supervisor or quality manual.

Ovens: Load and unload ovens as needed; Stow racks, equipment, and containers safely and neatly; Perform sanitation duties as directed; Responsible for keeping aisles clear of products at all times as well as fire exits, extinguishers, and doorways.
