Sales Operations Clerk: Work with potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information, products, and programs.

Operations Project Coordinator: Work with all departments to coordinate the completion of new projects as assigned. Analyze and create BOM's for new items to ensure costs are accurate for new projects with use of time studies and other validation techniques. Lead new project activities and follow up as needed to expedite completion with interaction to all departments. Take lead on various planning duties for Operations to improve communications and meet project completion dates. Develop better procedures for our more difficult product processes to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Lead BOM monitoring activities and update as needed for existing products. Identifying and assigning project tasks as needed within Teams to ensure accurate information is provided to and from Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Manufacturing. Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions. Ensuring project deadlines are met and project changes are determined. Collaborating with management and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and goals. Analyzing risks and opportunities.

Seed Mover / Eagle Stacker: Filling, labeling, and stacking boxes of finished product in a safe and efficient manner

Special Projects Packer: Prepare labels, sorts, counts, and packs product; Assemble various types of boxes; perform other duties as assigned.

Processing: Identify raw material quality; thaw and place bones, ears, or strips on tray; cut bones, ears, and ham; follow food safety guidelines; maintain safety standards at all times .

Ovens: Load and unload ovens as needed; Stow racks, equipment, and containers safely and neatly; Perform sanitation duties as directed; Responsible for keeping aisles clear of products at all times as well as fire exits, extinguishers, and doorways.

Packaging: Package or count product with specifications from lead, supervisor, or quality manual. Sticker product with specifications from lead, supervisor, or quality manual; Maintain packaging quality by comparing product and package to specifications; Make boxes by folding and taping according to specifications; Label boxes per specifications from lead, supervisor or quality manual.

Sanitor: Maintain safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness of work area, Responsible for cleaning racks, trays, totes, and utensils. Mop and clean floors, Clean equipment and area at the end of each shift. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand continuously for 3 hours.
